Baru pertama menginap di hotel ini sih, untuk saya pribadi cukup nyaman dan sesuai lah dengan harga nya Lokasi nya pun strategis dekat dengan fasilitas umum juga, kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, pelayananan/ staf2 nya ramah2 dan baik, untuk sarapan pagi nya juga enak2. Masukan saya sih baiknya d renovasi untuk tampak depan ya, cat nya sudah pudar sayang banget hotel ini terlihat kusam dari tampak depan.
Termasuk hotel lama yang masih beroperasi dengan lokasi yang strategis di tengah kota Kendari, tersedia tempat parkir yang cukup luas dengan pelayanan resepsionis yang ramah. Kamar cukup bersih dan air lancar.
